Change Management

This process begins immediately at the termination meeting when change has been thrust upon the employee and he/she is attempting to digest the news. Our consultants will provide sound guidance, empathy, and support to ensure that the first critical hours of change are managed in such a way that knee-jerk reactions are avoided. We will provide sound tips on breaking the news to family, what to expect in terms of grief, and how to proceed for the first critical 72-hours.

We continue to monitor and address change as the days/weeks progress and ensure that the client is given full opportunity to express and deal with their key concerns. We are careful to assess and refer individuals to appropriate professionals if clinical issues become apparent.

It is during the change management stage that individuals are encouraged to see transition as an opportunity rather than a crisis. New perspective can often provide a solid leverage from which to spring into action.

Assessments

Assessments help individuals to look in the mirror in order to determine their strategic advantage in the marketplace. We encourage our clients to clearly identify who they are, what their value entails, and how best they can exploit these to a potential employer. Assessments are a means by which clients can be helped to develop sound bytes for their upcoming marketing campaign. In addition, self-confidence is significantly boosted when individuals receive well-grounded assessment results.

Personal Branding

The importance of branding is indisputable. Large companies spend hundreds of thousands of dollars branding products for consumers to buy –– from sneakers to cars. The same concept holds true in career management. Just like a product that is sold off the shelf, our process allows our clients to differentiate themselves from the rest –– realizing they are a brand with unique attributes. We work with clients to develop their own personal brand, show them how to market it and finally…sell it.

Job Targeting

Once our clients have clarity around their strengths, weaknesses, values, and interests, they are now positioned to identify their market niche. We work one-on-one to brainstorm, discuss and help them research potential targets. Some individuals require more time in this stage than others but certainly if change is inevitable, now is the time to consider all options.
